- Easy Maintenance: You can build rule files so that only one subscription needs to be created and can then be applied to many different users, allowing easier maintenance for emails to your board of directors.
- Subscription Grouping: Subscriptions can be grouped together to keep maintenance at a minimum, and you can "cc" or "bcc" users within those subscriptions, too!
